Registration and Repayment Fee

Each registration must be accompanied by a signed Signup Form and a deposit of at least 20% of the tour fee, or in accordance with the value determined by the Service Provider and its subsidiaries at the time of registration.

Cancellations and Fees

Cancellations made by tour participants due to something and other things, will be subject to the following cancellation fee – After the deposit s / d 22 days before the departure date of the specified deposit. – 21 to 15 days before departure date: 30% of tour fee – 14 sld 8 days before departure date: 40% of tour cost – 7 sld 4 days before departure date: 50% of tour fee – Less than 4 days before date of departure: 100% of the fee.

Pasport & Visa

The validity period is at least 6 months (or more, according to the country of destination), from the time you arrive back to Jakarta. Participants are required to submit their passport, requirements and visa processing fees in accordance with the schedule specified by the Service Provider and its subsidiaries The process of obtaining and obtaining visa approval depends entirely on the provisions and resolutions of the relevant embassy / consulate of the country. The time, terms and conditions required by the embassy / consulate may change at any time without prior notice.
